Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy (Bulk Aggregates)
Cloete’s Sand & Stone supplies bulk aggregates (sand, stone, sub-base and related materials) loaded and delivered to your site.
1. Made-to-order bulk materials
Because bulk materials are supplied per order and delivered to site, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
2. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch/loading. If an order is cancelled after dispatch/loading, a cancellation fee may apply to cover loading and delivery costs.
3. Wrong product or quality issue
If you believe you received the wrong product or there is a quality issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number, delivery address and photos where applicable.
If confirmed, we will arrange a correction delivery or refund (full or partial) depending on the situation.
4. Delivery access
Delivery requires safe access for a tipper truck. If delivery cannot be completed due to access or site conditions, additional fees may apply.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (PayFast/card/EFT) and may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider/bank.
